At U-Forged, we help busy professionals and beginners
lose fat, build strength, and transform their lifestyle through structured, proven training.

How It Started

After years of chasing progress, tracking my food daily, and learning through experience,
I built a training system that actually works — one rooted in discipline, mobility, and performance.

With over 9 years of training experience, multiple certifications, and a no-BS coaching style,
I now help others apply that same structure to their lives — and transform for good.

Meet Your Coach

I’m Tony — certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and founder of U-Forged.

I wasn’t always confident. I played sports growing up, but when I decided I wanted to change my body, I had no clue where to start. I made every mistake in the book and wished I had someone to guide me.

Fitness changed my life. I lost the weight, built muscle, and found purpose through discipline and structure. That led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology and get certified in NASM-CPT and Corrective Exercise.

I spent years in commercial gyms, but I felt limited — like clients were treated more like numbers than people. That’s why I started U-Forged: to give others the structure and support I never had.

Now, I coach with a blend of biomechanics, habit-building, and performance — so you can train smart and get results that last.
