Focus: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves
This lower-body burner is all about results. Using barbells, dumbbells, machines, and bands, you’ll hit every major leg muscle with squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and isolation work. Train your legs while your motivation is high and recovery time is ideal.

Focus: Shoulders, chest, back, arms

Focus: Glutes, hamstrings, core
Your go-to session for growing and shaping your posterior chain. We use barbells, dumbbells, bands, cables, and sliders to isolate and activate your glutes and hamstrings. Expect hip thrusts, RDLs, kickbacks, lunges, and more to lift, tone, and strengthen your backside.

🧘 Strength & Stretch

Focus: Strength, mobility, flexibility
The best of both worlds: build strength in the first half with compound lifts and bodyweight exercises, then transition into guided deep stretching. This class helps improve mobility, prevent injury, and reset your body and mind to finish or start the week feeling balanced.
