I’m Tony Floyd, founder of U-Forged.
I’ve spent the last decade forging strength — in my body, my mindset, and in others. With over six years as a professional trainer, I’ve helped people move better, build real muscle, and overcome the same obstacles I once faced.

But I wasn’t always confident in my body. I started training to look better — and quickly learned that looking good doesn’t always mean feeling good. I made every mistake: crash diets, ego lifting, ignoring pain, and training without direction. I dealt with frustration, poor movement, and recurring injuries… and I wished I had someone to guide me.

Fitness changed my life.

That’s why I created U-Forged — to give others the structure and support I never had. I combine what I’ve learned through years of trial, error, and education to help you train smarter, move better, and get real, lasting results.
